THE YOGA BODY HOLIDAY

Our concept is WELLNESS as the full integration of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual states of wellbeing in one self and the collective self.

This program offers you Yoga, Meditation, Spa, Body Massage and healthy food to contribute to body and mind detox while you dive deep into your soul.

Yoga is union and integration. Yoga involves physical, mental and spiritual practice, in the silence of our interior, with others and the world. Its immediate benefits include  calming the body,  therapy for the psyche and restoration of peaceful energy patterns.

We strongly recommend that you eat Vegetarian food during the retreat to experience the full benefit of it. However, we offer non vegetarian options should this be your choice. We cook with Organic Vegetables and we only use cane sugar and organic flours. Cleansing the body has a direct effect on the mind and soul and viceversa. When all three levels are included in the detox and cleanse, the result is extraordinary.

The benefits of a deep holistic Detox include increased energy levels, improved mental alertness, greater creativity, improved health, positive outlook of life, peace, ability to feel joy and clarity of mind.

This retreat and the venue, a lovely boutique hotel, are run by locals with a vast international experience. We would like you to experience the authentic Spain.

About myself.
My name is Juan Carlos. I am a yoga and meditation teacher with over 10 years of experience. The style of yoga that I practice and that I teach originates in classic Hatha Yoga. My practice is also influenced by Iyengar Yoga, Dynamic Yoga and Vinyasana Yoga. I have taught in India, China and Spain. I often travel to India and Nepal to deepen my knowledge and at the same time I do voluntary work as a school teacher in those countries.

The meditation that I practice and teach is Vipassana through Sattipatana. To meditate is to develop the positive qualities of the mind: Mindfulness, Right Effort, Samadhi (balance and metal calm), Confidence and Wisdom. During the course you will learn to meditate in the right way allowing time for theory and practice. I have recently published a book about how to learn to meditate: “ APRENDE TÚ MISMO EN 1 DÍA MEDITACIÓN” March 2017, MÁXIMO POTENCIAL EDICIONES.
